Learning and Development

Concept Development

Whether a topic is simple or complex, training should never be passive and tedious to take. Great eLearning experiences start with a solid concept and are rooted in meeting learners where they are and getting them to where they need to be. This begins in the conceptualization phase. Not sure of what you need? Start with a learning needs analysis.

Course Export, Testing, and Implementation:

eLearning courses can be exported out as SCORM, customizable to your LMS needs) or prepared and exported for FTS/web upload to cloud or server. As part of an iterative design process, testing and tracking is imperative for ensuring eLearning courses work as intended and are meeting learning objectives.

Export the course to a Learning Management System or put it on the cloud as a web-accessible file.

  • Export to SCORM: Trackable, LMS compatible. Track your learners’ progress and analytics. Output to SCORM with custom configuration for your learning management system. (Need help with your LMS? Ask about it!)

  • Export for Web Server: Export to your web server and integrate an LRN or export SCORM to SCORM cloud. Export out to xAPI, FTS Zipfile, HTML 5.

  • Beta Testing/Pilot Testing: Test courses and gather feedback before launching.

  • Iterative Design Process: Develop KPIs and track performance, assessments, comparative analysis against learning objectives, modify course content and gaps to increase course quality and learning engagement/performance.
